Audio-visual equipment may be available for rental through the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Shipping and audio-visual information will be sent to exhibitors once their registration forms and checks are received.
Advertisements: Program advertisements may be purchased by any company or organization related to theatre or theatre-making activities or services, whether or not they are exhibiting at the conference. Those exhibitors who purchase a Conference package and are AATE Organizational members receive a free half-page ad (and can upgrade to a full-page ad for only $50!). Exhibitors who are not AATE Organizational Members should refer to prices on the Exhibitor Registration Form. Camera-ready art work (black & white) must be received by May 15, 2008.
Conference Packets: All who attend the conference will be given a packet at registration. Each exhibitor will be able to place a promotional piece into these packets. These materials (500 pieces) will need to be shipped to arrive in Atlanta by July 22, 2008. Shipping and storage details will be provided in May. Please do not ship your materials before these details are provided or they may not be received or properly stored.
Receiving Costs: Each exhibitor will be responsible to pay the hotel’s receiving charges for exhibit materials shipped directly to the hotel. This includes boxes, cases, crates, etc. and the price for each item is determined by weight. AATE will bill each exhibitor for these charges. Payment should be remitted directly to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
Liability: To insure the security and proper display of exhibits, each exhibit booth and display must be accompanied by a representative who will set up, display and dismantle the exhibit and who will bear sole responsibility for the security of the exhibit.
