AATE is comprised of hundreds of theatre artist and educators from across the country and around the world! Our membership is made up of both individuals and organizations, and includes classroom teachers and K-12 theatre/drama specialists, university scholars, professors, students and researchers, playwrights, education directors, artistic directors of Youth Theatres and professional Theatres for Young Audiences, teaching artists, and other professionals with an interest in or work at the intersection of theatre and education.
