The 2014 Northwest TIOS Mini-Conference will focus on the incredible benefits of theatre education for students of all abilities. Led by keynoter Sally Bailey, author of BARRIER-FREE THEATRE and director of Kansas State University’s Drama Therapy program, the one-day event will include interactive workshops, engaging discussions, and performances. The conference is aimed at Theatre teachers, Special Education teachers, and classroom teachers at all levels, as well as teaching artists and theatre educators at all levels. Together we will be exploring the question: "Whose Theatre? Whose Schools? Inclusive Education in Theatre and Beyond.”
