 If you are not sure of the exact details of your event, make best possible estimates (or guesses or daydreams) at this time. But please submit an application so that we can begin to work with and support you on this event.

Please provide a summary of your event including a general descriptive outline, potential presenters, and timeline.
How many people do you anticipate attending your event? Start with a low estimate. Assume 10% or less growth per year.
See the sample budgets and use the provided template to create one for your event. Be sure to allocate additional money if you want AATE to provide signage or print additional marketing materials.
Develop a marketing strategy for your local community considering both online and print materials (e-blasts, websites, brochures, postcards, flyers.) AATE will develop the design for the marketing (included in the admin fee) and provide you with the ability to add your own logos and additional information. Be sure to allocate money in the budget for printing and postage.
