One of the highlights of every AATE National Conference is the exhibit hall. Our exhibit hall is unlike any other as it is small enough that attendees get to spend time at every booth yet large enough to give attendees access to a wide array of products and services.
Do not miss this opportunity to get in front of this highly engaged audience. AATE is unique in that it is the one place to reach this broad range of members committed to the field of theatre for youth and theatre education. Use the order form to reserve.
AATE delegates are comprised of:
Exhibitor Trivia Scavenger Hunt
In order to provide even more engagement and meaningful conversations between our valued exhibitors and delegates, AATE introduces a new program called "Exhibitor Trivia Scavenger Hunt”, here’s how it works:
Delegates receive, upon arrival, a list of trivia questions (provided by Exhibitors) re: products/services/offerings
Event 1: Delegates attend an Exhibitor Meet & Greet reception on Aug 9 where they go to each booth to ask the question(s) of the exhibitor and hopefully engage in discussion about the products/services/offerings (each question requires an answer and a stamp).
Event 2: Exhibitors will be encouraged to donate a raffle prize. Delegates will enter completed trivia forms for a chance to win raffle prizes. The AATE Exhibitor Raffle (Event 2) will be a separate event focusing on exhibitors. Last year grand prize was an iPad!Last Year's AATE Sponsors & Exhibitors
