The Leaders of Color Institute, launched in November 2020, was established to ensure that Global Majority/BIPOC theatre practitioners, theatre educators and emerging arts professionals could gather for mutual mentor-mentee support, guidance, and collaboration in our field.

During this All-Conference event, the LOCI panel will feature participants engaged in this AATE initiative who will share the discoveries and developments of these symbiotic relationships that ensure greater representation in our field.
