ARTS! Muncie; Immersing Undergraduates in an Elementary After-School  Program

Session Chair: Andrew Waldron

Other Presenter(s): Melanie Swihart

Join us for a session sharing a collaborative, immersive-learning program where undergraduate theatre and dance students join together to create after-school programming for local elementary schools.  Members of the ARTS! Muncie project, both faculty and students, will share the process, take participants through some of the activities, and reflect on the journey together.  We will also examine how this program could be replicated in other communities; as a partnership between tertiary and elementary school spaces.
