In order to build community within AATE, we are excited to launch a new conference initiative- the AATE Conference Mentor Program. This program serves as a way for new attendees to experience the conference by personally connecting with someone from within the field and make a professional connection. We are looking for members who would be willing to connect with a first-time attendee throughout the conference. This could mean getting coffee or a meal together, attending the Leadership Luncheon with your mentee, or go to the Exhibitor Raffle together. Mentors and mentees will be paired together. Then, both individuals will be notified before the conference by AATE.
